Today is known in many churches as the first Sunday in Advent. This is just a time when we prepare our hearts for celebrating the birth of Jesus. So many aspects of the Christmas story are quite familiar with us all, but today we are going to look at one person in the Christmas story who has been roundly criticized-- the innkeeper in Bethlehem. The title of today's sermons "In Defense of an Innkeeper." Maybe this will give you a hint about where we're headed today. Stay with and see!
